We had a great stay at Good Sleep! The location was perfect, close to the beautiful temples and Sunday Market. The host, Nan, was incredibly helpful and even drove us to the bus station when our taxi didn't show up. The homemade banana bread at breakfast was a delicious treat. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai.

It made a loud noise in the middle of the night and then started to leak water onto the floor. Despite speaking to the staff, the issue was not resolved and we spent an uncomfortable and sleepless night.
